At Novelty LLC, we strive to provide high-quality book launch and marketing services tailored to each author’s needs. Because our work involves custom planning, strategy, and creative deliverables, we have the following refund guidelines:
1. Deposits and Upfront Payments
- All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
 
2. Cancellations Before Work Begins
- If you cancel your service package before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
 
3. Cancellations After Work Has Started
- If you cancel after we have begun work, refunds will be provided on a pro-rated basis for services not yet delivered, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
 - Any completed work will be billed at the standard hourly or project rate and deducted from your refund amount.
 
4. No Refunds for Completed Services
- Once a project or service package has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
 
5. Digital Products & Marketing Materials
- All digital products, templates, marketing kits, and promotional materials are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital content.
 
6. Event & Advertising Costs
- Fees paid to third-party vendors (event venues, ad platforms, printing services, etc.) are non-refundable and subject to the vendor’s own refund policies.
 
7. Dispute Resolution
