- You affirm that all content you provide (book excerpts, images, etc.) is your original work or that you have the right to use it.

6. Limitation of Liability
Novelty LLC is not responsible for:
- Sales performance of your book after launch
- Third-party platform issues (social media, event hosting tools, distribution services)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services

We respect your privacy and will not share your project details, book content, or personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
